This User Agreement is An Extension to Our Terms and Conditions Page.
Goshenus.com provides a multi-level marketplace for vendors and consumers. We understand the need for all transactions to be simpler and cheaper. This is why we have developed a marketplace to simplify things for vendors and users. At this time we do not charge a fee for users to access our vendor services, unless you purchase products or/ and services directly sold by Goshenus or goshenus.com a DBA of Goshen Consulting, LLC. Goshenus.com is currently providing only travel related service and products. All vendors and user have to follow all the laws within their jurisdictions, including local, state and federal laws to use our website (Goshenus.com). For the safety of our users only secure transactions are recommended to purchase services and rentals. Including portals provided by Paypal or Stripe, but we strongly suggest no cash transactions. On Goshenus.com we are providing a marketplace for transactions, but it is up to individual vendors to create policies for fees, cancellations and safety precautions for their customers. Goshenus and Goshenus.com a DBA of Goshen Consulting, LLC is not responsible or liable for financial or/and physical, emotional damages created by services provided by vendors on Goshenus.com. As we have mentioned before, this website is for Travel related services. This is currently defined as:
-Tour Guide Services
– Photographers or Videographer at travelers’ destinations
-professional Chefs willing to host classes or meals
-People who create travel gears and equipments
-Travel bloggers and Vloggers
These are just some examples of travel related services, all vendors have to go through an application process to sell services on Goshenus.com. We well do our best to select the suitable vendors for this marketplace. If any vendors and users are found to be unlawful or doing fraudulent activities on Goshenus. Com, we will take appropriate actions immediately. It is up to our management to decide what actions will be taken. Our governing managers reserve the right to block any individual or entity from using our services.
To use services listed on Goshenus.com as a user:
All you have to do is use our secure Login @ top bar area labeled user login. If you are a first time user it will prompt you to register. After login to our website you will see a page with a side bar to help you manage all you service and product needs. Some of the links are only accessible to vendors so just ignore them.
Get what you are looking for with our search bar located in multiple places on Goshenus.com. If you find something you like be sure to read all the information before you book a service. Pay attention to all the descriptions and vendor profile as well as service location and difficulty. It is also important to understand vendors’ policy and requirements before you embark on an enjoyable experience.
Have questions about your adventure or services? Make sure you get all the questions answered before booking a service with the vendor. Take all the necessary safety precautions when booking for services. Research your activities and location before your trip; it is always a good idea to research your destination and activity ahead of time. Always remember to do your due diligence and remember safety first.
Anti-Discrimination Policy
Goshenus connects thoughtful consumers around the world with creative entrepreneurs. It’s an ecosystem where people of all backgrounds inspire each other and build relationships through making, selling, and buying unique goods. We want everyone on Goshenus to feel safe, and fostering an inclusive environment is our priority. This policy explains the kind of behavior we prohibit on Goshenus to make sure we all have a positive experience.
On Goshenus you cannot discriminate based upon:

- Ethnicity
- National origin
- Religion
- Gender
- Gender identity
- Sexual orientation
- Disability
- Any other characteristic protected under applicable law
It is your responsibility as a seller or buyer to know your local laws and any other legal regulations on discrimination that might apply to you.
Whether you’re providing or using common space, discrimination is not allowed. Examples of prohibited behavior on Goshenus include, but are not limited to:
- Refusal of service based on membership in one or more protected group
- Derogatory or demeaning remarks against protected groups listed above
- Racial slurs
- Posts that support or glorify current or historical hate groups
If you think discrimination has occurred on Goshenus, please report it by e-mailing Support@goshenus.com and we will investigate. If you see a listing on Goshenus which you believe violates Goshenus Policy.
Fee Policy:
Currently we are not charging guest for booking or using our services. Only in the case of cancellations and refunds. In the event of a cancellation or refund of services Goshenus will charge a 3.5% transaction fee on the user’s credit card or paypal account on top of Vendor’s own cancellation and refund policies.
Vendor’s are not charged to setup and list on a service station. Please refer to our Service fees page for more details.
